Assessment Centres
Finding a venue for a successful assessment centre is one of the most difficult challenges you will undertake in venue finding. The Venue Team is experienced in finding suitable venues for these events and that will ensure the venue meets your requirements.
Assessment centres require venues that meet a number of unique specifications outlined below:
• Suitable training rooms - The rooms need to be professional, flexible and suited to many different layouts. The main rooms used will require daylight due to the type of assessments taking place. All required rooms will need to be peaceful and private.
• Breakout Rooms - In our experience, a large number of breakout rooms and spaces will be required. Delegates are often required to split into small teams again requiring a venue that is used to dealing with training courses and one that understands the importance of these recruitment days.
• Excellent AV Facilities - Generally the meeting rooms used will require the use of LCD Projectors, flipcharts, and Televisions as a minimum on these courses. Further AV may also be required i.e video recording. An onsite technician should be considered when searching for a venue.
• A good location with easy access for delegates - If your event has a national pull and needs to assess candidates across the UK it is essential that the location is correct. We specialise in pulling together venues suitable for both regional and national assessment centres.
