Venue Team is a division of Momentum Conference and Events Limited, one of the UK’s leading Free Venue Finding companies. The Venue Team offer you a free service based around finding you the right venue, in the right location for the right price.

Our commitment to delivering you the best possible solution for your requirements is based around our understanding that you have a choice. If we do not meet your requirements you are naturally under no obligation to use our service. This approach has ensured that we always give 100% in ensuring that we deliver the service we promise!

By working closely with our parent company Momentum we provide you with a one stop shop for all your venue requirements. Our reservation teams work on business reservations and we have a commitment to providing our clients with the best value and advice in relation to their venue requirements.

Terms of Engagement for Venue Finding

• The Venue Team will hold all proposed venues on option for our clients.
• Should you wish to confirm a venue, by appointing the Venue Team to undertake the Venue find you agree to confirm all proposed venues through the Venue Team.
• Should you wish to confirm any proposed venue held by the Venue Team directly with the venue or by any other means, the Venue Team will invoice the client for the total anticipated commissionable value of the booking.

These Terms of Engagement are bound by UK law and are necessary to ensure we can deliver a free of charge service to our clients.
