Introduction
The Venue Team is part of Hotel Stay UK Leisure Ltd. The FREE venue finding service is used by hundreds of companies in the UK and Europe to source venues Worldwide.
In 2007 we arranged over 1300 conferences, from a boardroom for 10 people to corporate dinner dances for in excess of 1000 delegates. Furthermore, our services include sourcing venues for awards dinners, Christmas parties, summer BBQs and many more.
Our team’s high level of product knowledge allows us to achieve high levels of service and our detailed full colour proposals generate exceptional conversions from enquiry to event fulfilment.
Our impressive client list, including organisations such as O2, MTV, First Group and Pepsi are all provided with at least four options, two of which will be subscribed recommended venues.
Scheme Update
As of 14th April the Recommended Venues scheme has had a radical makeover! We are now offering a greater range of options and maximum exposure on our website (www.venueteam.co.uk). With over 50,000 visitors, viewing in excess of 350,000 pages per annum now is an ideal time to advertise with the Venue Team.
Our vast range of benefits include:
- Personalised web page with sales text, images and capacity charts for your venue
- Priority over other venues when providing suitable options to the client (average of 4 options provided per proposal, 2 of which will be recommended venues)
- Inclusion in our newsletters and special offers (optional)

- Personal venue reviews by a member of our team (optional)
