Explanation of rates

DDR (Day Delegate Rate) - This rate is quoted per delegate per day based on a full day meeting 9am- 5.30pm. The rate usually includes 2 to 3 servings of tea and coffee, lunch, equipment such as flip chart, OHP and screen and room hire.

24 Hour Rate – This rate is quoted for delegates who are attending a conference with overnight accommodation the night prior or the night after the event. This includes a 3 course dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate as well as the usual inclusions of a DDR rate for the day of the conference.

Room Hire Rate – This rate simply refers to the cost of hiring a room for the day. Separate prices for tea and coffee, catering and equipment for example can also be quoted extra.
