By working closely with our sister company HotelStayUK we provide you with a one stop shop for all your hotel and venue requirements. Our reservation teams work on both leisure and business reservations and we have a commitment to providing our clients with the best value and advice in relation to their hotel and venue requirements.

Security
On our booking engine, we use SSL 3.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); RSA with 1024 bit exchange and this site has been certified by the ‘Secure Server Certification Authority' The system will log you out automatically if there has been no activity for 20 minutes and may direct you to another page.

Hotel Bookings
Bookings are made directly to the Central Reservation System (CRS) of the Hotel and receipt of a confirmation number means that the booking has been recorded in the hotel’s own CRS system. Occasionally hotel CRSs are taken offline; this will result in you receiving a “booking failed” message. This may be a temporary condition, so try the hotel again later. If you experience any other errors or have any other queries regarding bookings please e-mail us at enquiries@hotelstayuk.com It would be useful when reporting problems if you include details about what you were doing, the page you were on, the browser and operating system you were using at the time of the problem. This will speed up the process of identifying and rectifying the problem.

Hotel Amendments
Currently, the system does not allow amendments to active bookings. If you want to amend a booking, we suggest that you make a new booking with the new information before cancelling the existing booking. Cancellations can only be processed within the cancellation policy set by the hotel. This is shown on the Rate “info” and at the bottom of the Enter Guests page so it is the last thing you see before clicking “Book”.

Hotel Booking Guidelines – Best Practice
All the data displayed on the site is supplied by the hotels and as a result there are differences in presentation (e.g. in date formats used). You should ensure that you understand the hotel’s rules relating to cancellations and commission before booking.

Terms of Engagement for Venue Finding

These Terms of Engagement are bound by UK law and are necessary to ensure we can deliver a free of charge service to our clients.
