Anglo American Educational Services is a British-based organization established in 1971 to service the increasing number of study-abroad programs in London, the United Kingdom and Europe. The organization is the number one choice for more than 95 North American colleges and universities seeking assistance with study-abroad programs.

Anglo American owes its own Study Centre which occupies a listed Georgian Building situated in the heart of London at Bloomsbury Square.  The centre is refurbished and configured to provide an up-to-date facility, whilst retaining all the original features. Our rooms are available to hire for many uses. Our rooms can be used for Board Meetings, General Meetings, Seminars, Training Sessions, Away Day Sessions, Brain-storming sessions, or Interviews which can be hired on an hourly, daily and weekly basis including evenings and weekends.

Each room offers a whiteboard, flip chart and overhead projector as well as a television, DVD player and VCR. All rooms are fitted with screens for the projector use. Please be aware that tutors must provide their own laptop but help will be given with set up if needed. Our rooms are also fully wireless.

Breakout/common rooms are available on request at an extra charge, subject to availability.

We work closely with catering companies in order to get the best quality of food, for the best price for our clients. We have a range of different menus and prices to suit your tastes and budgets.

Our centre is situated very close to Holborn, Tottenham Court Road and Russell Square tube stations (Central, Piccadilly and Northern lines) which are within a couple minutes walk. In addition, the area is well served by many bus routes as well as parking facilities available in Bloomsbury Square car park.

Bloomsbury is within walking distance of the theatre district, major public libraries, the city’s largest bookstores, and other key attractions.

For places to eat, we are surrounded by many cafes, sandwich bars and restaurants or alternatively, we have nearby grocery shops, should you require anything else.

Anglo American own and manage in excess of 250 spacious apartments, to sleep up to 1200 persons, all within Central London. These range from galleried one bedroom apartments suitable for two persons up to a 4 bedroom apartments sleeping 8 persons.

All properties are located in Zones 1 and 2 of Central London, and within walking distance of London underground stations. Many museums and academic institutions are within walking distance or a very short commute.

The apartments are cleaned at least once a week, maintained by Anglo American in-house staff and offer an 800 telephone number for a 24 hour call out service.

To give you an insight into our facilities, the Anglo Centre is conveniently located on Bloomsbury Square just south of Russell Square, in walking distance of the British Museum, and Holborn and Russell Square Tube Stations.

Containing seven rooms of varying sizes for hire, the centre is suitable for a number of different functions from board meetings, to counselling sessions, and even lecture spaces. In addition to room hire, Anglo American can also help by providing various other support services for your next event, including the use of digital projectors and other presentational equipment.

We also offer a tea and coffee service or a catering service which we try do to your budget as we have a variety of different menus available.
