Room Nine
Room Nine is an arrangement of three beautifully coloured spaces complimented by tall elegant bay windows. Stylish, spacious and airy, Room Nine offers the perfect setting for a whole host of private events, from a sit down dinner for 70 guests to a cocktail reception for 200.
Media Suite
A whole event space dedicated to privacy and professionalism. Comprising of a main plenary room, dedicated syndicate room and informal breakout areas the Media Suite is sleek and highly adaptable with clean lines, whitewashed walls and limestone flooring. The main Media Room is complimented by state-of-the-art audio-visual and technical support equipment with a built in 3200 ANSI Lumens Data Projector, cinema surround sound for THX certified DVD, MP3, VHS & S-VHS Player (Pal & Ntsc compatible) and laptop presentations.
Portrait windows provide plenty of natural daylight, which can be blacked out so that no focus is taken away from the presentation itself.
Up to 50 Delegates (theatre style) may be accommodated in the main Media Room with space in the syndicate room for 8 in a boardroom style.
Studio Room
A delightful event space with high ceilings and panelled bay windows, and with the private bar, the Studio Room is an ideal venue for private lunches, dinners, receptions and launch parties. Natural daylight compliments fashion shows and photo shoots.
West Rooms
Comprising of three private event spaces, the West Rooms offer an ideal space for private dining for up to 50 guests. The West Rooms, also compliment our other meeting spaces by providing excellent syndicate spaces all with natural daylight. These spaces are highly versatile and can also be arranged to accommodate film and photo shoots.
