Hedsor House, Taplow
Hedsor is a magnificent events venue set in landscaped gardens surrounded by parkland with wonderful views over the Thames Valley.
At the end of its own kilometre long private drive and set in the middle of an 85 acre estate, Hedsor House gives clients and their companies a unique exclusive venue only 40 minutes from London. The venue is available for exclusive hire and is presented as a blank canvas allowing complete re-branding for each event. For 30 years the house was used as a conference centre resulting in a well organised layout and multiple breakout rooms from the Main Hall. Its historic appearance is twinned with exceptional modern conveniences such as wireless broadband and access to three phase power throughout.
The impressive arrangement of the rooms in the house enables them to be used many times at one event. A previous event resulted in the Main Hall changing three times in one evening from a reception hall to the main dining room to a Roald Dahl inspired chocolate factory. All unbeknown to many guests whilst they danced in the ballroom or relaxed on the lawns.
Hedsor House has proven to be an extremely successful venue for a multitude of corporate and private events. Beautiful weddings have been hosted both within the house and in marquees on the lawns. From corporate family fun days involving treasure hunts through the grounds to anniversaries, charity conferences and Christmas parties, the house has offered a privacy and exclusivity that all guests have enjoyed. The flexibility of the house is well established through some its previous events - from fairgrounds on the lawns, to an international press car launch, to a 1500 person summer camping festival.
Within the 85 acres of land surrounding the house several acres adjacent to the house are available for the erection of marquees of up to 1000 guests.
