Chef De Cuisine, Manuel Monzon, looks to local suppliers for the freshest Welsh produce with particular focus on produce in-season. Accommodating up to 300 delegates or guests, the Castell suite is ideal for major conferences, exhibitions and product launches as well as banquets and other social occasions. For smaller events and break-out meetings, the Castell suite can be divided into two separate soundproof suites – The Coch and The Caerdydd.
