Meetings and Events
Four meeting rooms are available, which can accommodate private dinner parties for up to 40 people or meetings for up to 45 people theatre style.
In addition we have two conference suites: the Dylan Thomas on the ground floor, which can accommodate up to 270 theatre style, and the more recently completed Roald Dahl on the first floor, which can accommodate 200 theatre-style. Both have their own dedicated pre-function areas and can be divided into two suites, if required. Access can be gained via a separate entrance at the front of the hotel, which allows your guests quick and easy access to your events.
All conference suites benefit from natural daylight and unique waterfront views over Cardiff Bay. We have installed the latest audio-visual technology, including videoconferencing and high speed Internet access.
