There is no such thing as a standard business event, so we pride ourselves on our flexibility. All our conference suites are fully air conditioned, adaptable to a wide range of needs and most suites benefit from natural daylight.
Situated on the first floor is our largest room the Henley/Regatta Suite. With its own private bar, it is the ideal venue for larger events accommodating 400 delegate’s theatre style and 300 people for a dinner dance. The suite sub divides into two separate rooms, the Henley and the Regatta.
Immediately adjacent is the Ridings Suite accommodating 70 delegate’s theatre style and 100 for a reception. Divided, the Suite becomes the West and North Ridings Suites suitable for a variety of smaller events. Also situated on the first floor is the Castle Howard Suite, which divides into the Castle and the Howard, holding up to 25 delegates boardroom style.
On the second floor, the Riverside Meeting Centre can accommodate up to 200 delegates in the main suite for an event. This dedicated area benefits from having it’s own private bar and reception area.
